She’s honed her craft in the art of making fresh noodles and pasta for over a quarter-century. Her relentless pursuit of excellence has been fueled by her appreciation for her American Southern, Venetian, Roman and Sardinian heritage.

While she possesses the expertise to create traditional Italian pasta dishes, Chef Tara has a penchant for self-styled noodle and pasta creations, which she frequently conjures.

Tara’s Signature Spaghetti

Cubed ham and andouille, optional ground beef, onions, peppers, fresh tomato and flat-leaf parsley along with tangy green olives is phenomenally flavorful and the way our family prefers our spaghetti with meat sauce.
